What is MadHack?
Introducing Sri Lanka’s first Mobile Application Development Hackathon, the IEEE Student Branch of UCSC proudly presents 'MadHack', an inter-university hackathon followed by a series of workshops. MadHack aims to let the participants put their creativity and innovation to the test by giving them the opportunity to develop in any platform of choice.

Timeline
January 28th
February 11th
Workshop I
This is the first workshop, which will be held online and cover the topic of Android Native. Registrations will also open for the physical workshop on the same day.
February 18th
Workshop II
This is the second workshop, which will be held physically and cover topics such as Flutter, React Native, Low code, and Deployment. Registrations will also open for the competition on the same day.
February 25th
6 hour hackathon
This is a 6-hour hackathon event where participants can showcase their skills and build projects in a limited time frame.
February 26th
Finalists Announcing
The finalists will be announced after the 6-hour hackathon event. The finalists will be given a chance to participate in the 24-hour hackathon event.
March 04th
24 hour hackathon
This is a 24-hour hackathon event where participants can showcase their skills and build projects in a longer time frame.
March 05th
Final Event
This is the final event where participants will present their projects and the award ceremony will be held to recognize the best projects.
